Is it for hot or cold drinks?

Both. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, or iced drinks on a warm day. Just avoid sudden changes of temperature, such as rinsing a hot cup under cold water.

Will my cup look exactly like the photo?

The flowers are real, so each arrangement varies slightly in shape and placement. The colours match the design you choose.

What is the tiny hole under the base?

It’s part of how double-wall glass is made, and it isn’t a defect. It’s the reason we ask you not to leave the cup to soak.

Dishwasher or microwave?

Please wash it by hand in warm, soapy water, and don’t leave it to soak. It isn’t suitable for the microwave.

Is it a good gift?

A lovely one. With ten floral designs, you can choose the flowers that suit them best. Delivery takes 7–14 days in total, Monday to Friday (2–4 days processing, then 5–10 days shipping, both Monday to Friday), so order a little ahead for a birthday.

What if it arrives broken, or I change my mind?
