Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the United Kingdom.
How much does delivery cost?
Tracked UK delivery is £2.95 per order.
How long will my order take?
- Processing time: 2–4 days, Monday to Friday.
- Shipping time: 5–10 days, Monday to Friday.
- Total delivery time: 7–14 days, Monday to Friday.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first update. You can also use our Track your order page.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been prepared for dispatch yet. Please contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a piece?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return a piece in good condition. We refund you within 14 days of receiving it, including the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage is paid by you, unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty. To start a return, email us at contact@ooloteaware.com to get the instructions and the return address for your order. What if something arrives broken?
Glass and ceramic are packed to travel safely, but accidents happen. Send us a photo as soon as you can and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
What if something is missing from my parcel?
If something is missing from your parcel, email contact@ooloteaware.com with your order number and a photo of everything you received, including the packaging. We'll look into it and send the missing piece or refund it in full.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple Pay. All payments are encrypted, and we never see your full card details. Payment methods
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. The total, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Our teaware
Which teapot should I choose?
Glass if you like to watch the leaves open, ceramic for everyday black tea, cast iron if you want the pot to stay warm through a second cup. Our brewing guide has more detail.
How do I look after my teaware?
Care notes are on every product page. Our glass teapots are best washed by hand in warm, soapy water; cast iron prefers a rinse in warm water and drying straight away.
Will a cast iron teapot rust?
Uncoated cast iron can show a little rust over time if it isn't dried fully. It's normal and easy to treat: the steps are on each product page. If there's rust when your teapot arrives, get in touch and we'll put it right.
What does “inspired” mean?
Many of our designs are inspired by tea cultures around the world, such as Japanese, Chinese, English or Scandinavian teaware. When a piece is inspired by a tradition, we say so on its product page, along with its materials, capacities and care notes.
