How we choose
Before a piece joins the collection, we look closely at the details that make it pleasant to use every day:
- The pour. A spout shaped for a clean, steady pour and a lid that sits securely.
- The heat. A material suited to the way you like to brew.
- The hand. A comfortable handle and a sensible weight.
- The care. Clear care notes, so it stays looking good.
Every product page lists the materials, capacities and care notes, so you know exactly what you're getting.
Inspired, never imitated
Many of our designs borrow ideas from tea cultures around the world: the cast-iron textures of Japanese teaware, the pale glazes of Scandinavian kitchens, the gaiwans of Chinese tea. When a piece is inspired by a tradition, we say so.
