How to Use & Care
Before first use
- Wash the kettle in warm, soapy water, rinse and dry.
Using it
- Boil your water in your usual kettle.
- Pour it into the gooseneck kettle and put the lid on.
- Hold it by the handle and pour slowly, in a thin stream, over your leaves or filter.
Cleaning
- Wash by hand with a soft sponge; avoid abrasive pads, especially on the black finish.
- Empty it and dry it well after each use.
Precautions
- It is made for pouring, not for boiling: don't put it on a hob or over a flame.
- The steel gets hot with just-boiled water: hold it by the handle only.
- Keep out of reach of children when filled with hot water.

A quick splash from a big kettle floods the leaves all at once. A thin, steady stream lets you take your time: circle the leaves, pause, pour a little more.
It turns the pour into part of the ritual, rather than the rush before it.
Tea or coffee
Isn’t it a coffee kettle?
It’s the kind of kettle used for pour-over coffee, and it works just as well there. For tea, the same fine spout lets you pour gently over loose leaves, into a small teapot or a single cup, exactly where you aim.

Can I heat it on the hob?
No, it’s made for pouring rather than boiling. Boil your water in your usual kettle, pour it into this one, then take your time with the pour.
Which size should I choose?
350 ml is enough for one large mug or two small cups. 600 ml fills a small teapot or two to three cups. The full measurements are under Details & Specifications above.
How fine is the pour?
The spout opens to about 5 mm and curves down at the tip, so the water falls in a narrow stream. Tilt it gently for a slow pour, a little more for a faster one.
Does the handle get hot?
The handle is stainless steel, like the body, so it can warm up with just-boiled water. Hold it by the handle only, never by the body.
How do I look after it?
Wash it by hand with a soft sponge, then empty and dry it well. Avoid abrasive pads, especially on the black finish.
Is it a good gift?
A lovely one for a tea lover who takes their time, or a friend who makes pour-over coffee. Delivery takes 7–14 days in total, Monday to Friday (2–4 days processing, then 5–10 days shipping, both Monday to Friday), so order a little ahead for a birthday.
